ACP joins campaign to improve type 2 diabetes care
ACP and other leading health care organizations will join forces in transforming diabetes care by raising awareness of type 2 diabetes, sharing resources and materials, amplifying reach of campaign activities, engaging patients and clinicians, conducting events, and much more.
ACP is collaborating with the AMGA Foundation's Diabetes: Together 2 Goal campaign to improve care for 1 million people with type 2 diabetes in the United States by 2019. The AGMA Foundation is the American Medical Group Association's arm that enables medical groups and other organized systems of care to consistently improve health and health care.
