Register now for ACP and Annals of Internal Medicine's latest forum, ‘Monkeypox: Challenging Clinical Questions'

During the Oct. 11 virtual live event, experts will discuss and provide answers to questions about the human monkeypox virus that physicians are facing today.


ACP members can register now for ACP and Annals of Internal Medicine's virtual live event “Monkeypox: Challenging Clinical Questions,” which will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 11, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. ET. A panel of experts will discuss and provide answers to questions about the human monkeypox virus that physicians are facing today. The forum will be moderated by Deborah Cotton, MD, MPH, Deputy Editor of Annals of Internal Medicine.

The panelists joining the discussion include:

  • Roy M. Gulick, MD, MPH, Rochelle Belfer Professor in Medicine and chief of the division of infectious diseases at Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City;
  • Stuart N. Isaacs, MD, associate professor of medicine in the division of infectious diseases at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine and attending physician in infectious diseases at Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center; and
  • Cassandra M. Pierre, MD, MSc, assistant professor of medicine in infectious diseases at Boston University School of Medicine.
