The National Committee for Quality Assurance will hold its 2018 PCMH Congress in San Diego on Sept. 14-16, 2018.
The PCMH Congress focuses on the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model of care and on the ways in which it connects to the medical neighborhood. The program includes tracks on behavioral health, collaborative care, health IT, payment models, PCMH transformation, and unique practice settings.
