ACP members are encouraged to send questions in advance for ACP's Internal Medicine Meeting 2018 Keynote Speaker, Karen DeSalvo, MD, MPH, MSc, FACP.
Dr. DeSalvo will discuss the questions on stage during a question-and-answer segment of the Opening Ceremony. Her address will focus on lessons learned about health care, infrastructure, and community impacts after Hurricane Katrina. She'll touch on how to build health systems that are patient-centered and address gaps in patient care.
