ACP travel grants available for early-career members to attend Internal Medicine Meeting 2018

The Travel Grants Program is open to all domestic early-career ACP Members, with special consideration given to first-time meeting attendees, physicians who serve rural or underserved populations, physicians of diverse backgrounds, and those without a significant source of CME funding.


The ACP Travel Grants Program offers $2,000 in travel support to 20 early-career Members and Fellows of the College to attend Internal Medicine Meeting 2018, to be held April 19-21 in New Orleans.

To apply for a travel grant, full ACP members must complete a brief application, include their CV, and submit a 500-word essay on how attending Internal Medicine Meeting 2018 will benefit them and the patients they serve. The travel grant application deadline is Nov. 17, 2017. Winners will be announced on Dec. 19, and the deadline for confirmation of acceptance is Dec. 31.
