Chapters present 11 Laureate Awards
ACP chapters presented 11 Laureate Awards to internists late last year. The awards honor College Fellows and Masters who have demonstrated by their example and conduct an abiding commitment to excellence in medical care, education and research, and provided service to their community and the College.
Awardees generally have been Fellows for at least 15 to 20 years, with a long history of excellence and peer approval in the specialty of internal medicine. Additionally, they should have served the College with distinction. Exceptional circumstances may modify these requirements.
