MKSAP 12 products available
The College has begun shipping MKSAP 12 products.
Part A of MKSAP 12 covers gastroenterology and hepatology, endocrinology and metabolism, infectious disease medicine and rheumatology. The new section gives users questions and answers, along with critiques explaining why certain responses are right and others are wrong. Physicians can earn a maximum of 40 credit hours by completing Part A.
Internists who purchase MKSAP 12 will automatically receive Parts B and C when they are released next year. While only the print version of MKSAP 12 is currently available, a CD-ROM version will be released in April.
Physicians who subscribe to MKSAP 12 can also purchase the MKSAP Prep for Boards module. This new feature is designed to help residents prepare for the internal medicine board certification exam and to help practicing physicians prepare for the recertification process.
MKSAP 12 costs $329 for College members and $219 for Associate members. The Prep for Boards module is available only to MKSAP 12 subscribers for $99.
